Introduction

Welcome to E-Recline! Our online store specializes in selling high-quality massage chairs that provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Before placing an order, please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your purchase. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and E-Recline will occur when we send you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched to you.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Melbourne regional area. Shipping times vary depending on your location and may take up to 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by events outside of our control, such as severe weather or customs delays.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping which is $200, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Warranty

All of our massage chairs come with a 1-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents.

If you experience any issues with your massage chair within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and, if necessary, arrange for a repair or replacement.

Liability

Our liability for any product purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
